{"id":10,"date":"2022-01-01T21:06:27","date_gmt":"2022-01-01T21:06:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rebeccajadehammond.com\/?page_id=10"},"modified":"2026-06-02T10:14:29","modified_gmt":"2026-06-02T10:14:29","slug":"about","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rebeccajadehammond.com\/","title":{"rendered":"About"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Rebecca Jade Hammond <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rebecca is a Welsh partially deaf Actor, Writer, Author and Artistic Director of <a href=\"https:\/\/chippylaneproductions.co.uk\/\">Chippy Lane Productions Ltd. <\/a>She is represented by <a href=\"https:\/\/theartistspartnership.co.uk\/\">The Artists Partnership<\/a> (acting), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.haworthagency.co.uk\/about\">The Haworth Agency<\/a> (playwriting\/Screenwriting), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.caa.com\/entertainmenttalent\/books\/\">CAA<\/a> (Fiction\/Author writing) and published by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbury.com\/uk\/author\/rebecca-jade-hammond\/\">Methuen<\/a> . <br><br>Her play <em>&#8216;Hot Chicks&#8217;<\/em> produced by Sherman Theatre and Grand Ambition, recently received \u2605\u2605\u2605\u2605 in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/stage\/2025\/mar\/25\/hot-chicks-review-county-lines-sherman-theatre-cardiff-rebecca-jade-hammond\">The Guardian<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestage.co.uk\/reviews\/hot-chicks-review-at-the-sherman-theatre-cardiff-rebecca-jade-hammond\">The Stage<\/a> and placed in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thestage.co.uk\/login?RefDoc=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.thestage.co.uk%2Ffeatures%2Ftop-50-shows-of-2025-around-the-uk\">top 50 Shows in the UK 2025<\/a> also in The Stage. She was long-listed by The Bruntwood Prize for Writing and short-listed for The Alpine Fellowship for Theatre.
